Sam Sharma was born & raised in Mount Pleasant & started his real estate training at an early age of 12 years old by attending offer presentations & open houses with his father, a well known legendary top realtor. His father mentored & trained him on building relationships & strong long term client rapports as well as old school kitchen table negotiating, whereby you build trust & an understanding of emotion with the client & become an advisor & consultant, rather than a regular realtor.
Experience & insight he received from his father had taught him the value of gaining knowledge of zoning policies, development & navigating City Hall. Starting as BC’s youngest realtor at 19 years old in 1993, Sam became a top producing agent & very quickly rose to the top of the industry, obtaining the Top 10% of all realtors in Greater Vancouver by the age of 23 & the Top 1% by age 30 with over 1000 properties sold by the age of 35.
